WHAT IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE?

Now an easy guessing competition of what this sign is trying to advertise and
represent.

Clues: no is it not advertising a hamburger joint neither is it a warning of a snake
lying on the road.

What is it? There will be a prize awarded to the funniest and/or most creative response...

I thought blue and green should never be seen without another colour in between!!!!!

It's probably a sign depicting the road that goes out over the sea, but I prefer to think it means "Back To Front SCQuilters Welcome Here!"

For my pennies worth. I think it is a tourist sign that is saying you can drive from the green fields across the sand and even up into the water. Or really you are allow to drive on the beach which is great fun! Thanks Angela

WARNING!!! Any Scquilters following this road, from the country to the coast will go swimming, since they missed the turn off to the Retreat.

It is obvious - it is the famous, scenic Illawara Highway - the sign showing the road traversing the beautiful green coutryside, then the local sewerage processsing farm and then the sea - be afraid, be very afraid!

In my opinion it represents scquilters from NSW (the blue band or Bondi Beach) and Victoria (the green Gardenstate) pressuring scquilters from Queensland (the sunny yellow) to organise the next retreat! ;)

hmm I am thinking it could be
1. a sign for the seacliff bridge
or
2. empty wine bottles on their side AFTER the retreat.. the white line is cotton, apparentl some sewing happens at retreat...

I think it means "beware of happy but slightly tipsy squilters meandering their way back from the water, across the beach and up the grass back to the hotel for a nanna nap before pre-dinner drinks at the Retreat"

I have just seen the go-the-gong-sydney-to-wollongong-drive so if i can have another guess it is the sign for the Grand Pacific Drive? I am so looking forward to seeing some of this area when we come for the retreat. i didn't know of the seacliff bridge.Angela

easy - it is a sign to the quilt retreat - a pile of fabric with a tape measure hanging over it ... except the lazy bloke drawing the sign forgot to put the markings on the tape measure ...

or ... it is just yet another wonderful example of the intelligent (?!) things they spend our tax dollars on ...

No threesomes in the middle of the road is surely what it means!!
